COMMON QUERIES
WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATIONALÂ HOURS?
We deliver Monday through Friday. Please email us BEFORE placing an order if you desire a weekend delivery.
We do not guarantee a weekend delivery unless agreed upon prior to the order.

We may deliver on weekends for special bulk preorder packages (i.e., midterm, finals).
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We have an online payments process and accept all major credit cards as well as via Apple Pay.
Sale tax will be applied to your purchase at checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns. All gift packages are non-refundable.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently deliver within UVA grounds and surrounding areas, including student apartments and houses..
WHAT IF MY LOVED ONE IS SICK AND I WANT TO SEND THEM SOMETHING?
We have a custom order package! We understand people want to send their loved ones/friends feel good gifts when they are not feeling their best. Under our packages page, you will see an option for custom orders where you may request items for delivery. Pricing is dependent on what you want to send and a quote will be emailed to you once we have received your purchase form. We ask for 48 hours notice for custom orders to be delivered but recognize that there may be times this isn't possible. Reach out, we will try!
WHAT IF MY LOVED ONE DOES NOT SHOW UP TO PICK UP THE ORDER?
When you purchase a package, we will contact the recipient to coordinate a date/time-frame/location they will be available for pick up/delivery. We will reach out alerting your recipient that a gift has been purchased for them and we will need to meet them on the designated day.
If we do not hear back from them after the third attempt, we will cease attempts without refund as most of our packages are food-based and cannot be resold. We will remain at a location for 15 minutes and if no response to attempts, we will leave. All unclaimed packages will be donated.
